Judging the competition

  • An independent panel of judges will assess the competition entries and select the winners

  • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The deadline for receiving entries for the competition is final. No entries received after the given date will be considered.

  • The GSA does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

  • No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

  • You agree that under no circumstances will the Farming by Satellite Prize, or any of its organisers, sponsors or partners, be liable to you for any cost, expense, loss or other claim of any kind arising directly or indirectly out of your entry to or otherwise in connection with this prize.

  • This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the GSA, any person directly or indirectly involved in the GSA, Helios Technology Ltd or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.

  • The GSA reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

  • Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

  • This competition is administered by Helios Technology Ltd on behalf of the GSA.
